The Brand
Tri City Distributors, faced with an aging facility, had outgrown its space. As their success grew, so did their need for a more efficient, larger and creative solution that can grow over time.
The Vision
Link Architecture performed in-depth research of their brand to see how to extend Tri City's company culture, company values and Anheuser Bush's strict corporate brand specifications into their physical space. We provided guidance and solutions at every step to ensure they felt comfortable with Link Architecture's refined process. This not only facilitated trust but also mitigated risk.
The Solution
Three areas were the main highlight of their master planned facility:
- 16,000 sf Administration office area
- 2000 sf Hospitality Suite complete with outdoor seating area
- 41,000 sf Controlled environment warehouse with loading docks and covered delivery truck loading area
The administration office is a classic red brick facility inspired by the original Anheuser Busch facility in St. Louis, Missouri. Constructed of insulated concrete tilt-wall panels, the warehouse acts as a backdrop. The entire facility was designed and constructed to meet or exceed stringent corporate specifications required by Anheuser Bush.
