Link Architecture performed in-depth research of Tri-City’s brand to learn the most effective way to extend their company culture, company values, and Anheuser-Busch’s strict corporate brand specifications into their physical space. We provided guidance and solutions at every step of the process to ensure that they felt comfortable with Link Architecture’s refined process. This not only facilitated trust, but it also mitigated risk.
Three areas were the main highlight of their master-planned facility:
- 16,000 sqare-foot Administration Office Area
- 2,000 square-foot Hospitality Suite, complete with outdoor seating area
- 41,000 square-foot Controlled Environment Warehouse, with loading docks and covered delivery truck loading area
The administration office is a classic red brick facility inspired by the original Anheuser Busch facility in St. Louis, Missouri. Constructed of insulated concrete tilt-wall panels, the warehouse acts as a backdrop. The entire facility was designed and constructed to meet or exceed strict corporate specifications required by Anheuser-Busch.
